We ship items Australia wide using Australia Post. If Australia Post go there, we ship there!

Delivery Estimates
We send orders via tracked Australia Post Regular Post Satchels. However, you can now upgrade to Express Post. Some items are subject to a bulky freight charge, which we subsidise the cost of and it will be shown in your checkout. Express shipping is not available on bulky items. We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday. If you order after 12pm, your order will most likely ship on the following business day. Dispatch of our online orders in a timely fashion is very important to us. You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking number.

CONSIDERATIONS

  1. We do not process or post orders on weekends. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
  2. If you order after 12pm, your order will most likely be processed the following business day.
  3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Bundaberg warehouse.
  4. Items that are in stock are subject to same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm.
  5. We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. We do our best to keep our stock levels updated online daily. Sometimes an item may sell out in-store, and this is not reflected immediately in our online-store. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you at no extra cost or inconvenience. Where an item is no longer available and a suitable substitute cannot be provided, a refund will be processed ASAP.
